We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Operations Manager – Plastics Manufacturing (f/m)
Your Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the organizational unit across all areas of its activity, including production, quality control, technical and facility infrastructure, maintenance, warehouse and logistics, HR, finance, occupational health and safety, and fire protection.
- Improving business processes across all departments.
- Coordinating cooperation and communication between departments.
- Monitoring and supervising the budget and purchasing activities.
- Monitoring the Company’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing human resources and Company assets.
Our Requirements:
- University degree in a technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good command of English.
- High level of responsibility and commitment.
- Full availability and flexibility.
- Results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Desirable:
- Experience or knowledge of the plastics processing industry will be considered an additional asset.
