We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Maintenance Mechanic (f/m)
Your responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance and repair work on the production floor and throughout the facility,
- Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in plastics processing,
- Supervising and carrying out servicing and maintenance of the plant’s technical infrastructure,
- Reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings,
- Reading and interpreting technical diagrams, manuals and operating documentation,
- Cooperating with external service providers,
- Performing ongoing repairs, troubleshooting and diagnostics of production machinery, including injection moulding machines, blow moulding machines and peripheral equipment,
- Participating in the preparation and implementation of modernization and improvement projects.
Our requirements:
- Secondary education with a technical profile
- Ability to read and work with technical documentation, including diagrams and technical drawings,
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks,
- Proactive approach, accuracy and reliability.
Desirable:
- Experience in managing or supervising a small team, e.g. as a Team Leader or Foreman,
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic production environment,
- Availability to work in a two-shift system,
- Knowledge of English.
