We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Metal worker / Blow Moulding / Injection Moulding Process Setter
Your responsibilities:
- Mechanical assembly and reconfiguration of production machines used in blow moulding and injection moulding processes,
- Adjusting and setting up production machines and peripheral equipment,
- Handling and setting up blow moulds and injection moulds,
- Assembly and fitting of machine and mould components,
- Working with technical documentation,
- Ensuring production quality and safety standards are maintained.
Our requirements:
- Basic experience in metalwork, mechanical work and machine maintenance,
- Commitment and ability to work independently,
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team,
- Ability to use measuring instruments,
- Familiarity with hand tools,
- Precision and attention to detail,
- Willingness to work in a shift system.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of extrusion blow moulding and/or plastic injection moulding technologies,
- UDT licences for operating forklift trucks and overhead cranes,
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
