We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Technical Specialist (f/m)
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing technical documentation,
- Conducting market analyses and identifying alternative suppliers and solutions,
- Preparing requests for quotation,
- Preparing purchase orders and monitoring deadlines, deliveries of materials and equipment, as well as coordinating projects from order placement through to final settlement,
- Preparing reports, analyses and comparisons using Microsoft Excel,
- Supporting the team in day-to-day office activities,
- Cooperating with all departments within the company,
- Cooperating with external contractors and business partners.
Our requirements:
- University degree in engineering or a related technical field,
- Communicative command of English, both spoken and written,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the Windows environment,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Good organisational skills, independence and a proactive approach to work.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of MES, CMMS and APS systems as well as AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS.
